Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Trainer

About the role

ITC Worldwide is looking for a senior MB‑800 certified Functional Consultant Trainer to lead training and consultancy on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role combines deep functional expertise with a passion for teaching, helping clients optimise their business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive, client‑specific training sessions on the functional aspects of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Develop customised training programmes, manuals and documentation.
• Provide expert consultancy to implement and optimise Business Central solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and trainers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Stay current with product updates and integrate new features into training material.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote training services.
• Design and administer examinations and assessments to evaluate trainee performance.

Required profile

• MB‑800 certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a functional consultant and trainer on Business Central.
• Proven track record of successful implementations and training delivery.
• Strong understanding of business processes in accounting, finance or related fields.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or CIMA are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Integration of ISV solutions (e.g., Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture, Tasklet Factory).
