Senior Product Owner – Acceptance & Payments (Retail Banking)

About the role

The Senior Product Owner will lead the strategy and execution of merchant acceptance and payment solutions for NeoBiz’s retail banking segment. You will shape propositions that drive deposit growth, fee income, and market differentiation across multiple business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the business‑side strategy for acceptance and payments aligned with NeoBiz objectives.
• Own end‑to‑end setup, strategic direction, and continuous refinement of merchant acceptance propositions.
• Act as the primary business authority in product squads, ensuring deliverables meet KPI and commercial goals.
• Develop pricing models and bundled offerings to maximize profitability and fee income.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and usage experience for merchants, collaborating with marketing and customer service.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis on payment rails, trends, and competitor strategies.
• Monitor KPIs such as merchant onboarding, transaction volumes, and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business banking, merchant acceptance, and digital payments.
• Strong understanding of SBP regulations and compliance for payments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
