Senior Quantitative Researcher – Advertising Measurement

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Researcher to tackle the toughest measurement challenges for a US‑based advertising client. You will design rigorous studies, build models, and translate findings into production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Turn business questions into testable research designs and choose appropriate methods.
• Measure advertising asset contribution to revenue using attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing‑mix modelling.
• Model click‑through and ranking dynamics and support market pricing analysis.
• Set up continuous evaluation pipelines and collaborate with engineers to deploy monitoring tools.

Required profile

• Master's or PhD in statistics, econometrics, applied mathematics, physics, computational finance or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of applied quantitative experience and a record of independent research (papers, open‑source work, competitions, or portfolio).
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex statistical results to non‑technical leaders.

Required skills

• Strong Python programming (pandas, statsmodels, scikit‑learn).
• Proficient SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Solid experiment design and causal inference expertise.
