Senior Sales Executive – Decorative Projects

About the role

Jotun Pakistan is seeking a Senior Sales Executive – Decorative Projects to lead business growth in the Lahore market. You will build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, identify project opportunities, and promote Jotun’s decorative solutions using proven sales tools.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling Jotun’s decorative products within the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage key customer relationships across B2B segments, delivering excellent service and resolving concerns promptly.
• Execute sales and marketing activities aligned with company strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and business‑growth targets.
• Manage customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments to support healthy cash flow.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and market data using CRM and conduct regular market analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the decorative or construction sector.
• Proven experience managing relationships with contractors, consultants, architects or project customers.
• Strong sense of ownership, solution‑focused mindset and ability to handle pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for managing customer and sales data.
