About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our US‑market pre‑construction sales efforts. You will promote construction cost estimation, architectural design and engineering drafting services to B2B clients in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential US clients for pre‑construction services.
- Conduct outbound outreach, present solutions and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client expectations are met.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken English.
- Strong communication and sales abilities.
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Motivation to work independently and achieve targets.
