Senior Sales Manager – Flavors

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager – Flavors to lead our growth agenda in Pakistan. In this role you will drive strategic partnerships, expand market presence and commercialize innovative flavor solutions for food, beverage and pharmaceutical customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a sales strategy aligned with regional and global objectives, targeting new growth channels and untapped opportunities.
• Own revenue and margin growth for the flavors portfolio, ensuring long‑term business sustainability.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in strategic and global accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, long‑term agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to bring innovative flavor solutions to market and influence pricing and portfolio strategy.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans, manage forecasts, pipelines and budgets with high accuracy.
• Continuously assess customer needs, deliver value propositions and strengthen loyalty with distribution partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level sales leadership experience in the flavors, taste or nutrition industry.
• Strong track record of revenue and margin growth, market expansion and strategic account management.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior customers across diverse end‑use markets.
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills and experience with long‑term partnership agreements.
• Results‑oriented mindset with disciplined forecasting and performance tracking.
