Senior Sales Manager – In‑App Advertising (Pakistan)

About the role

Yango Ads, part of Yango Group, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the growth of in‑app advertising within the Yango super app in Pakistan. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across key industry verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monetisation of in‑app advertising across the Yango super app in Pakistan.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to optimise ad formats, placements and user experience.
• Identify and qualify new business leads in telecom, banking, fintech and FMCG sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers, including C‑level executives.
• Conduct market research to uncover partnership opportunities and client needs.
• Forecast sales channel performance, manage the pipeline and support revenue growth.
• Work cross‑functionally with product, marketing and client success teams to ensure delivery and upselling.
• Coordinate local marketing activities and support client field events to increase visibility and engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media buying, e‑commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical, sales and business‑development capabilities.
• Excellent public‑speaking and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and grow an agency‑partner network nationally.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel‑sales management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
