Senior Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Senior Sales Representative to drive international outbound sales. The role focuses on handling warm leads, live transfers, and closing high‑value deals while maintaining strict compliance with scripts and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead phone consultations, present tailored value propositions, and close prospective deals efficiently.
• Handle complex objections, price push‑backs, and negotiate using proven persuasion techniques.
• Maintain an accurate, real‑time pipeline in the CRM, recording call outcomes and follow‑ups.
• Ensure full adherence to compliance, script usage, and internal quality standards.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly closing quotas, revenue targets, and KPIs.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Sales Closer, Senior Qualifier, or Senior Sales Executive in an outbound international call‑center environment.
• Excellent verbal English with clear pronunciation, active listening, and a confident professional tone.
• Strong work ethic: coachable, resilient under pressure, target‑oriented, and punctual with strict shift adherence.

Required skills

• Proven objection‑handling techniques and deal‑closing strategies.
• Ability to create value propositions and understand buyer psychology.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 150,000 per month plus uncapped commissions.
• Full‑time night shift (6 PM – 4 AM PKT), 5‑day work week with weekends off.
• Work locations in Bahria Town (Phase 4 & 7), Gulberg Greens (Islamabad), and Rehmanabad (Rawalpindi).
