Senior Social & Behavior Change Communication Consultant

About the role

Integral Global is seeking a Senior Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) Consultant to provide advanced technical expertise for the National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC) in Pakistan. The consultant will bridge global SBCC standards with local cultural and behavioral realities to strengthen communication and social mobilisation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive situation analysis of existing SBCC strategies, tools, and communication materials.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the current SBCC landscape, using anthropological evidence and rigorous monitoring and evaluation methods.
• Develop recommendations to refine and guide the implementation of SBCC strategies aligned with global technical standards.
• Collaborate with multiple partners to harmonise communication efforts, support capacity‑building activities and training initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to national and sub‑national teams without direct line‑management responsibilities.

Required profile

• Minimum ten years of professional experience in SBCC, preferably within public health or immunisation programmes.
• Deep understanding of global SBCC standards and proven ability to adapt them to local contexts.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in situation analysis, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
