About the role
INTECH Automation Intelligence is looking for a Senior System (Cloud) & Network Engineer to join its Information Systems & Technology team. The role will drive the design, deployment, security and optimisation of enterprise‑wide cloud, server, virtualization and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and robust cybersecurity across global operations.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).
- Administer and support Google Workspace services (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Groups, security settings).
- Deploy, configure and optimise Microsoft Azure resources including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, backup, site recovery, monitoring and security services.
- Install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, file/print servers, certificate services, Remote Desktop Services).
- Design, deploy and manage VMware vSphere infrastructure (ESXi hosts, vCenter, HA, DR, snapshots).
- Configure and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN, VPN, SD‑WAN, VLANs, routing, switching and wireless networks.
- Install and maintain Fortinet firewalls with security policies, SSL/IPsec VPN, IPS, NAT, web filtering and SD‑WAN.
- Manage Cisco Layer‑2/3 switching (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, switch security).
- Administer Ruckus wireless infrastructure (APs, SSIDs, authentication, RF optimisation, guest access).
- Implement Microsoft security technologies (Conditional Access, MFA, Defender, endpoint protection, security baselines).
- Oversee enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Required profile
- Senior‑level professional with extensive experience designing, deploying and managing cloud, server and network infrastructures.
- Proven ability to ensure high availability, performance and security in large‑scale environments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to work across global operations.
