SEO & Paid Ads Specialist (Mid-Level)

About the role

Sarmaya is looking for a mid‑level SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to own and scale its search and paid acquisition efforts for enterprise‑level AI solutions. You will shape strategy, execute campaigns and collaborate closely with content and growth teams to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy covering technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, content planning and link building.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and conversion optimisation.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and continuously improve ROI across all channels.
• Collaborate with content and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and targeting.
• Report key metrics, insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO and paid advertising, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of managing successful SEO and paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Data‑driven, detail‑oriented and results‑focused.
