Service Engineer

About the role

As a Service Engineer you will be the technical bridge between our customers and our solar, storage and EV‑charging solutions. You will support installers and end‑users through troubleshooting, commissioning and training, ensuring reliable operation of our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting support via phone or digital channels.
• Deliver remote or on‑site commissioning assistance for inverters, storage systems and EV chargers.
• Collaborate with international and local teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for replacement units and manage collection of faulty equipment.
• Support qualification, onboarding and management of new service partners.
• Document all case information accurately in the CRM system.
• Conduct training sessions for customers or internal colleagues.
• Identify product and process improvement opportunities and gather customer satisfaction feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering or a related field.
• Native proficiency in the local language and fluent English.
• Strong knowledge of PV, energy storage and EV‑charging technical requirements, including product specifications and grid code compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in the PV industry is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, performance‑driven and customer‑oriented.

Required skills

• Technical troubleshooting of solar inverters, storage systems and EV chargers.
• Commissioning (remote and on‑site) of renewable energy equipment.
• Use of CRM software for case management.
• Knowledge of PV system design and grid code requirements.
• Logistics coordination for equipment replacement and collection.
