Showroom Sales Manager (Lahore)

About the role

The Showroom Sales Manager will lead the daily operations of our Lahore showroom, creating a professional and welcoming environment for visitors. This full‑time, on‑site position involves engaging walk‑in customers, understanding their kitchen equipment needs, and guiding them through product demonstrations and quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and consult with walk‑in customers, assess their requirements and recommend suitable commercial kitchen solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate within company guidelines and close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange delivery, installation and after‑sales support.
• Supervise and motivate showroom staff, schedule shifts and ensure an orderly sales‑focused display.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and product displays.
• Track sales performance, analyse customer trends and report market opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in showroom, retail or B2B sales, preferably in kitchen equipment or related industrial products.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and organise daily schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to learn technical specifications of commercial kitchen machinery.
• Availability to work on‑site in Lahore during standard business hours, with occasional weekend or extended hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in using spreadsheets for tracking leads and preparing quotations.
