Site Finance Partner

About the role

You will act as the Site Finance Partner for our Pakistan location, owning the site’s financial performance and partnering closely with site leadership. The role provides timely financial insight that influences decisions across manufacturing, supply chain and operations, offering visible impact and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full finance cycle for the site, including monthly close, P&L consolidation and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with site leadership to translate operational plans into financial plans and support cost, inventory and capital decisions.
• Own working capital, inventory and CapEx planning, identifying opportunities to improve cash, yield and cost efficiency.
• Prepare clear, concise financial reports and present site performance to senior finance and site leadership.
• Drive control and compliance activities for site financial processes and support internal and external audits.
• Improve reporting and processes through system enhancements, automation and documented ways of working.

Required profile

• Degree in finance with ACCA or CA qualification.
• 3 to 7 years post‑qualification experience in corporate finance, FP&A, manufacturing finance or a Big Four background.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and P&L ownership.
• Practical experience with inventory accounting, product costing and working capital management.
• Experience in a manufacturing or supply‑chain finance role, including product costing, BOMs and cost‑to‑serve analysis.
• Track record of process improvement and system automation projects.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory accounting requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools.
