Site Supervisor (Civil) – Industrial Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to lead the construction of an industrial mineral processing plant at Ghazi Economic Zone, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The role involves overseeing all civil and steel works from foundation through to project completion, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all civil and steel construction activities, including foundations, industrial concrete flooring, anchor bolt installation, and erection of Pre‑Engineered Buildings (PEB) or steel sheds.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, steel fabricators, contractors and consultants.
• Monitor progress, contractor performance, site safety and quality control.
• Verify quantities, assist with work measurements and support contractor billing.

Required profile

• Dae Civil or equivalent qualification.
• 8–15 years of hands‑on construction experience, preferably in industrial factories, warehouses or manufacturing plants.
• Proven experience supervising industrial concrete floors and PEB/steel shed construction.
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, foundations, drainage and steel structure erection.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural and steel fabrication drawings.
• Experience coordinating contractors, labour and material planning with a focus on quality and safety.
