Social Media Account Manager – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

Assistoro is seeking a proactive Social Media Account Manager to join its onsite team in Islamabad. Working the night shift (6 PM‑3 AM PKT), you will act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal design, video, and delivery teams, ensuring smooth execution of social media campaigns for US‑based businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly content requirements for multiple social‑media clients.
• Conduct weekly client check‑ins and communicate updates in professional English.
• Develop social‑media strategies, content calendars and posting schedules.
• Translate client briefs into clear instructions for designers and video editors.
• Review and approve content before client delivery, handling revisions and deadlines.
• Publish posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Maintain consistent communication between clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in social‑media management, client communication or account management.
• Ability to juggle several client accounts simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive ownership mindset.
