Social Media Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Account Manager to join our remote team. You will manage multiple Facebook business accounts, create engaging content, and foster community relationships to help our clients generate organic leads.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain several Facebook business pages, scheduling posts and monitoring activity.
• Respond to comments and messages, ensuring timely and professional interaction.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for clients.
• Identify relevant Facebook groups, join them, and maintain compliance with group rules.
• Build and nurture relationships with group administrators to expand reach.
• Maintain detailed spreadsheets of group data, engagement statistics, and campaign results.

Required profile

• Personal experience using Facebook for business or community purposes.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work EST hours.
