About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Executive & Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The role involves managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and promotional campaigns aligned with brand identity.
• Develop captions, hashtags and marketing copy that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity and audience engagement to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers and internal teams for content creation.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Respond to messages, comments and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Track and prepare performance reports and analytics for social media channels.
• Support the marketing department with administrative and coordination tasks while ensuring brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management and marketing support.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, audience engagement and brand communication.
• Excellent written communication and content‑writing abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe creative tools.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and boosting (a plus).
