Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager with 1–2 years of experience to grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for producing engaging content, including UGC‑style reels and short promotional videos, to showcase both our IT services and physical products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update company pages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts on a regular basis.
• Produce UGC‑style reels, simple reels, and short promotional videos.
• Edit videos, reels, and basic graphics for social media use.
• Write captions and basic copy for posts.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and track performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote products and services.
• Maintain a consistent brand style across all platforms.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Good video editing abilities and experience creating reels.
• Basic graphic or content design sense.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating past projects.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
