Social Media Manager – IT, Healthcare, Retail & Enterprise

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of social media initiatives across IT, healthcare, retail, and enterprise service businesses. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will drive brand visibility, demand generation, thought leadership, and employer branding through data‑driven programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own all platform activities (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, emerging platforms) and report performance to the Digital Marketing Director.
• Create and execute organic and paid campaigns supporting demand generation, ABM, and recruitment marketing.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, sales, HR, product, and leadership teams to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
• Manage social media executives, agencies, and creative partners.
• Track ROI, funnel impact, and present bi‑monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience analysis, and trend monitoring.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years (or more) of experience managing social media for B2B and B2C brands.
• Proven ability to drive engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on KPIs and ROI.
