Social Media Marketing Executive (Employer Branding)

About the role

Arbisoft is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our employer brand and boost our online presence. You will work closely with HR and Marketing to showcase our culture, values, and career opportunities across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Create high‑quality, engaging content (copy, graphics, video) that reflects our employer brand.
• Manage and grow social media channels, posting updates, interacting with followers, and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing on employer‑branding campaigns and event promotions.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital metrics using Google Analytics and platform‑specific tools.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in digital media, content creation, or branding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Portfolio showcasing design, video, and scripting work.
