About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness and convert followers into customers. You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and publish graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
• Collaborate on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal computer with at least an i5 processor.
