About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to help brands grow in the digital landscape. You will be responsible for building engaging online communities, increasing brand awareness, and converting followers into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and publish graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Stay current on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
