Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and publish graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimise campaigns based on insights.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitor activity to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering meaningful interactions.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Highly organised, creative and able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
