Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Manage IEL / Tezi's social‑media presence and translate the firm's investment expertise, research capability, digital trading proposition and investor‑education agenda into engaging, credible, brand‑consistent and compliant digital communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the brand's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other approved platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social‑media content calendars aligned with business and acquisition priorities.
• Translate stock‑market and investment concepts into simple, engaging investor‑friendly communication in English and Urdu where required.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, agencies and internal teams to deliver high‑quality creative assets on schedule.
• Maintain consistent use of IEL logo, typography, visual identity, tone of voice and approved brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with Research, Compliance, Operations, Customer Support and Management before publishing regulated or market‑related communication.
• Support paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other approved digital channels, including audience development, retargeting and performance optimization.
• Track social traffic and leads through landing/account‑opening journeys and produce weekly/monthly performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related discipline.
• 1‑2 years of social‑media or digital‑marketing experience; financial services, fintech, brokerage or investment content experience preferred.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and content‑planning capability.
• Understanding of Pakistan's stock‑market and investment landscape is an advantage.
