Social Media, SEO & AI Technology Expert

About the role

Frida Finance, a growing mortgage and financial services business, is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media, SEO and AI Expert to join its team. The role develops and grows the company's online presence across social media, its website, SEO, traditional search engines and AI-powered search and answer engines, helping to raise brand awareness, generate enquiries and improve digital presence. The position is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Social media: create posts, reels, videos and graphics; manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn; build mortgage and financial services content, calendars and campaigns; monitor engagement and performance; use AI tools to speed up content creation.
• Website and SEO: maintain the website, run on-page SEO, keyword research and search-intent analysis, optimise pages, headings, titles and meta descriptions, write SEO-friendly content and blogs, monitor Google Search rankings, fix technical SEO issues with developers and keep content fresh.
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation): help build a GEO strategy so the company is found and understood by AI platforms, by creating clear, authoritative content, structuring content around customer questions, building FAQs, improving online authority and consistency, and monitoring representation in AI search results.
• Use analytics and SEO tools to identify growth opportunities and keep up with AI, search and social media developments.

Required profile

• Experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO and website content and optimisation.
• Knowledge of AI tools and an interest in developing expertise in GEO.
• Confident with technology, creative, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to use data to spot opportunities and keep up with industry changes.
