Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑driven Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and drive brand growth. You will own the full lifecycle of our social channels, from strategy and content creation to paid performance marketing and community management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly content strategies aligned with brand goals and maintain balanced multi‑category content calendars.
• Create engaging graphics and short‑form videos using Canva and write platform‑specific copy.
• Publish daily posts across all social platforms, monitor engagement, respond to inquiries and nurture community loyalty.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, tracking KPIs with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for future content.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional social media management experience.
• Portfolio or documented history of growing professional social media accounts.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per platform.
• Availability to work 11 am – 8 pm on‑site in Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal, Karachi.

Required skills

• Canva for graphic and motion‑graphic creation.
• Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram management.
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
• In‑depth knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook algorithms and best practices.
