Software Consultant – .NET & Redis (Morning Shift)

About the role

10Pearls is looking for an Associate .NET Core Developer to join its banking technology team. You will build and support ASP.NET Core applications and REST APIs, collaborating with senior engineers on service integrations, caching strategies, and relational data design. This position is ideal for developers with 2‑3 years of experience who want to grow in a large‑scale, enterprise banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core applications and REST APIs using C#.
• Participate in architecture discussions, focusing on service integration patterns and API design.
• Implement caching, session management, and pub/sub functionality with Redis.
• Create and optimise relational database schemas and queries in SQL Server.
• Write unit tests, debug code, and ensure high code quality.
• Use Git for version control, following branching and code‑review best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and business analysts to translate requirements into functional software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues promptly.
• Follow secure coding practices and banking‑industry engineering standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience as a .NET developer.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, service integration, and API design.
