Specialist Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to strengthen our enterprise risk management framework and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. The role will work closely with business units and senior leadership to embed risk‑aware decision‑making and promote an ethical culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the compliance register and oversee the compliance management program.
• Conduct independent compliance reviews, update artefacts and ensure alignment with strategic direction.
• Support enterprise risk management activities, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring and recommendation of mitigation actions.
• Track implementation of risk mitigation measures and keep the organization‑wide risk register current.
• Maintain documentation for audits, investigations, training records and respond to internal and external compliance inquiries.
• Assist in planning and delivering ethics and governance awareness training.
• Promote ethical standards and safeguard confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• 4‑6 years of progressive experience in governance, risk management, compliance, internal audit or a similar function.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct policy assessments, risk reviews and to work with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
