Staff Accountant – On‑site in Lahore

About the role

HCA Consulting Group is seeking motivated Staff Accountants to join its Lahore office. You will work on a rotating shift (6 PM – 2 AM) and support the finance team with daily accounting operations and month‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile credit‑card and bank statements each month.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and bill payments.
• Enter journal entries for all transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Complete monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations and prepare the month‑end financial reporting package.
• Support sales‑tax filings and other ad‑hoc accounting projects.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• ACCA, ICMA or CA Inter affiliation/finalist status.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications.
