About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Strategic Initiatives Associate to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key strategic projects across the organization. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, preparing executive‑level reports, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate strategic and cross‑functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Conduct research, business analysis, and benchmarking to support decision‑making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management.
• Track project KPIs and align them with organizational objectives.
• Support change‑management initiatives and the implementation of new business processes.
• Undertake special assignments as directed by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 2‑3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, business analysis, consulting, strategy or corporate planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
