About the role

Noon is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead its international expansion and funding roadmap. You will shape digital‑first educational models, position Noon as a partner for global philanthropists and NGOs, and turn local success into a scalable blueprint for educational equity.

Key responsibilities

• Refine and standardise hybrid learning models to make them investor‑ready for global markets.
• Develop strategic playbooks and expansion roadmaps for look‑alike markets across the Global South.
• Build data‑driven Success Dashboards that showcase student progress and system efficacy to international stakeholders.
• Target global philanthropic funds and CSR arms of multinational tech firms to diversify the funding portfolio.
• Lead high‑stakes grant applications for international development agencies.
• Explore innovative financing options such as Social Impact Bonds and Pay‑for‑Success models.
• Position Noon at global EdTech‑for‑Equity summits and secure international certifications and awards.
• Form strategic alliances with global EdTech providers, universities and research institutions.
• Curate a Global Advisory Circle of influencers and donors to act as brand ambassadors.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in Business, Education, Public Policy or a related field.
• Proven experience in international strategy, scaling education or technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success in securing large‑scale philanthropic or impact‑investment funding.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
