Student Intern - Academic Support

About the role

QUNO Campus offers one-on-one tutoring across subjects, grade levels and curricula, with certified tutors tailoring each session to individual goals and learning styles. The Student Intern supports day-to-day operations at the campus in Rawalpindi, working alongside tutors and contributing to basic academic support tasks. It is a full-time, on-site role, which may include occasional evening or weekend hours depending on academic needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist tutors with lesson preparation
• Organize learning materials
• Help manage student schedules and records
• Assemble practice worksheets and update digital and physical resources
• Support communication with students and families as needed
• Data entry and keeping the learning environment tidy and organized
• Take part in internal meetings to learn about educational best practices

Required profile

• Interest in education, tutoring or academic support, with a strong motivation to help learners succeed
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in education, social sciences, languages or a related field (or equivalent relevant interest/experience)
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and adapt to a fast-paced educational environment on site in Rawalpindi

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheets and online collaboration platforms
• Clear written and verbal communication with students, tutors and staff
• Organization and time management, attention to detail and a collaborative, respectful attitude
