Supervising Associate – Learning & Development – Talent Team

About the role

As a Supervising Associate in the MENA Tax Learning & Development team, you will support onboarding, capability building and learning delivery for Pakistan Nearshore, aligning regional needs with the broader MENA Tax L&D strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, transition and upskilling of Pakistan Nearshore new hires to meet MENA Tax GCC requirements.
• Collaborate with MENA Tax L&D to integrate nearshore requirements into the Global Development Program.
• Coordinate and deliver localized technical tax training in partnership with Nearshore Delivery Leaders and SSLs.
• Adapt global learning content to align with nearshore needs and MENA Tax priorities.
• Design and deliver soft‑skill programs such as communication, stakeholder management and client readiness.
• Embed AI, automation and technology‑enabled learning approaches into training programmes.
• Act as the primary L&D contact for Pakistan Nearshore, ensuring smooth coordination with business stakeholders.
• Track learning effectiveness, analyse feedback and support continuous improvement of programmes.
• Identify nearshore capability needs and contribute to the MENA Tax annual learning plan.
• Assist in planning and on‑ground execution of L&D events in Pakistan, coordinating with AWS and business stakeholders.

• Experience in L&D, talent development or training coordination within a professional services setting.
• Familiarity with tax or consulting business environments.
• Exposure to regional or multi‑country stakeholder management.
• Interest in digital learning, AI and future‑focused capability building.
