Support Specialist – Inbound Calls & Emails

About the role

Planlab Solutions is looking for a motivated Support Specialist to join a healthcare project. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails in English, with training on veterinary medicine terminology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately.
• Provide accurate information about services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilise dialers and various calling software platforms effectively.
• Maintain quality standards while delivering a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of customer service or call‑center experience.
• Experience in international healthcare customer service is preferred.
• BS in pharmacy or a related field is preferred, but strong English communication and fast learning are essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using dialer software.
• Competence with standard computer applications.

What we offer

• Permanent position within a growing software house.
• Salary up to 60,000 PKR, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
• Both day‑shift and night‑shift options; training will be conducted during night shifts.
