Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Safa Fitness Club in Islamabad. You will be responsible for attracting, assessing and hiring talent across fitness trainers, instructors, front‑desk, kitchen, program and management positions as the club expands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: create job postings, source candidates, screen CVs, conduct initial remote interviews and coordinate practical assessments with hiring managers.
• Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, other job portals, social media, employee referrals and networking.
• Write clear, compelling job descriptions and maintain postings across multiple platforms.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for ongoing and seasonal hiring needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote Safa Fitness Club’s employer brand.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness) and report findings to management.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure compliance with Pakistani labour laws and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on talent acquisition experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, retail or service sectors.
• Strong command of English and Urdu, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Pakistani labour regulations and fair hiring practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using job portals (e.g., Rozee.pk) for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with basic Applicant Tracking Systems or other tracking tools.
