Talent Enablement Associate

About the role

EdgeEdge is building a Talent Marketplace that connects skilled professionals with remote, mission‑critical administrative opportunities. The Talent Enablement Associate supports the Talent Enablement team by engaging candidates, conducting qualifying interviews, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the enablement process.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to active and inactive candidates, follow up to maintain engagement, and reactivate dormant talent.
• Conduct structured qualifying interviews to assess experience, skills, and fit against job descriptions.
• Document interview outcomes accurately in Salesforce, Google Sheets, or Radius.
• Provide candidates with clear guidance on next steps, interview expectations, and flag readiness gaps.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate records across CRM systems and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Matching teams for scheduling and updates, escalating complex cases to the TE Lead.
• Support execution of enablement initiatives and campaigns.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, customer success, operations, or a related field.
• Experience conducting interviews or candidate screening is a strong plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SF) or similar CRM platform.
• Google Sheets or spreadsheet management.
• Familiarity with ATS or other candidate tracking tools.
