Tax Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong, detail‑oriented Tax Accountant to join our team. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing US tax returns for both individuals and corporate clients while ensuring full compliance with US tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file US federal and state tax returns for individuals and corporations.
• Review financial statements to extract relevant tax information.
• Ensure compliance with current US tax laws and regulations.
• Utilise tax software such as Lacerte and TurboTax to complete filings efficiently.
• Collaborate with senior accountants to resolve complex tax issues.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience handling US tax returns for individuals and corporates.
• ACCA qualified or part‑qualified.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work night‑shift hours (8 pm‑4 am PST).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of US tax law.
• Proficiency with Lacerte tax software.
• Proficiency with TurboTax.
• Tax preparation and filing expertise.
