Technical Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our client shopdev in Lahore. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that requirements are captured, clarified, and delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through interviews, workshops, and requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and clients to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification sessions.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track project progress, prepare reports, presentations, and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, preferably in the Banking sector.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
