Technical Recruiter - Remote

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, serving clients from high-growth startups to established tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. It is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced team that scales engineering and IT organisations. The role is fully remote and independent contractor, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and sourcing software engineers, IT infrastructure specialists and SAP professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from kickoff to offer negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through sourcing, networking and headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs and define candidate profiles.
• Conduct technical screenings covering hard skills and cultural fit.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and stay up to date on market trends and salary benchmarks in IT, software engineering and SAP.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical recruitment experience (senior level) or 3 years (mid-level).
• Track record hiring across software engineering (frontend, backend, fullstack), IT infrastructure or ERP systems such as SAP.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks and engineering roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth, results-oriented environment.
• Nice to have: agency and in-house experience, SAP or DevOps community network, familiarity with recruiting metrics and reporting.
