Technical Support Engineer

About the role

ESCO partners with global security and communication system brands such as Hikvision, ITC and Bosch, and is hiring Technical Support Engineers based at its head office in Rawalpindi and Lahore. The company runs a dedicated in-house training function, so engineers receive structured theory, hands-on lab work on live equipment and access to principal training resources from day one. Engineers handle client sites independently within their first three months.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients on-site and remotely, including troubleshooting, commissioning and routine maintenance
• Conduct site surveys and prepare BoQs for prospective clients
• Maintain product comparison sheets for the sales and pre-sales teams
• Build technical depth through in-house training, product documentation and principal support channels
• Progress to delivering in-house trainings and client presentations on new products and technologies
• Share feedback on product performance, competitor activity and client requirements to help sharpen sales
• Route inbound technical queries to the right department

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field
• Fast learner who absorbs new systems quickly
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as you will be in front of clients early
• Appetite for low-voltage security systems, IP networking and commercial installations
• Comfortable working independently on client sites
• Detail-oriented and methodical in problem-solving
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
