About the role
Estipro Global, LLC is seeking motivated Telesales Representatives to join its on‑site team in Lahore. The role focuses on outbound calling, customer engagement, and lead generation for a U.S.‑based campaign.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to U.S.‑based customers.
- Generate and qualify potential leads.
- Communicate professionally, handle objections and follow campaign scripts.
- Maintain accurate customer information and achieve daily/monthly performance targets.
Required profile
- Previous call‑center, telesales, cold‑calling or lead‑generation experience (preferred).
- Strong English communication skills with a confident phone manner.
- Target‑driven, team‑oriented attitude and good persuasion abilities.
Required skills
- English language proficiency.
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
