Territory Manager – Foundation Medicine (Lahore)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Territory Manager to join the Foundation Medicine (FMI) team within Roche Diagnostics Pakistan. Based in Lahore, you will cover the Central and North regions, acting as the primary scientific and commercial liaison for oncologists, pathologists and multidisciplinary tumor boards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the territory by building high‑level partnerships with key oncology and pathology stakeholders.
• Champion the adoption of FMI’s comprehensive genomic profiling portfolio, guiding clinicians on personalized healthcare pathways.
• Manage regional commercial targets through data‑driven territory planning and execution.
• Collaborate with the FMI Business Manager to co‑create regional business blueprints and analyse market dynamics.
• Streamline genomic testing workflows across complex hospital ecosystems, from sample collection to report delivery.
• Educate clinicians on the value of comprehensive genomic testing and support appropriate product use throughout its lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience in traditional medical sales with a desire to transition into genomic innovation.
• Strong scientific understanding of molecular oncology, precision diagnostics and genomic data.
• Ability to develop strategic relationships and act as a trusted expert for healthcare professionals.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven territory planning and execution skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Lahore and travel across the Central and North regions.
