About the role

National Foods Limited is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Manager to lead its sales operations in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring effective market coverage across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly unit and value targets for the territory and allocate daily targets to order bookers.
  • Generate and share regular sales reports to monitor KPI achievement.
  • Coach and monitor order bookers, ensuring they have product knowledge and resources to meet targets.
  • Conduct market visits to assess outlet coverage, understand market dynamics, and capture customer insights.
  • Implement trade‑marketing activities in line with the trade‑marketing plan.
  • Design and execute sales plans, including PJP routes, based on territory analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to align objectives and drive mutual value.
  • Forecast sales, manage budgets, and make decisions that maximize revenue while controlling costs.

Required profile

  • Graduate degree.
  • 4‑6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.

Required skills

  • Effective business communication.
  • Negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
  • Product knowledge of consumer‑goods.
