Territory Sales Manager – Sialkot (Outer Region)

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager for the outer region of Sialkot will lead a sales team and large‑scale distributors, implementing company strategies and driving growth across multiple product categories. The role focuses on achieving volume targets, expanding market share, and ensuring operational excellence at distributor outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Set SMART objectives aligned with regional goals and cascade them to the territory team.
• Analyse category development potential and create plans to grow share in each category.
• Monitor and manage trade discounts, distributor ROI, and depot sales tracking.
• Identify untapped channels, new towns, and optimal product placements to increase market share.
• Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and propose counter‑strategies.
• Ensure smooth execution of new product launches, merchandising, and display priorities.
• Maintain a physical presence in the territory to understand customer needs and support the team.
• Conduct field training, coaching, and performance reviews for sales representatives.

Required profile

• University graduate (BA) with 2‑4 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, prioritisation and urgency to deliver results.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain high work speed.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
• General MS Office competency.
