TikTok Shop & Whatnot Expert

About the role

We are looking for a TikTok Shop & Whatnot Expert to join our growing e‑commerce team. The role is remote, but candidates must be based in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, or Jhelum to attend occasional face‑to‑face meetings. You will be the on‑camera host who turns live engagement into sales and manages the day‑to‑day operations of our TikTok Shop and emerging Whatnot presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings, promotions, affiliate programs, and order processing on TikTok Shop.
• Develop basic Whatnot capabilities and expand knowledge through hands‑on learning.
• Host live selling sessions, engage viewers, and drive conversions.
• Monitor store performance, analyze metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth post‑sale experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience with TikTok Shop and e‑commerce operations.
• Basic familiarity with Whatnot and willingness to learn.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Confident on camera, energetic, proactive, and sales‑oriented.
