Tourism Promotion Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Outlook International Travel is hiring a Tourism Promotion Specialist to work remotely, representing its China tourism products to local travel agencies and tourism organizations in Pakistan. The role is full-time, with working hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, a 2-hour lunch break and Sundays off.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with local travel agencies and tourism organizations in Pakistan and negotiate cooperation terms for China tourism products.
• Maintain existing partner agencies, respond to cooperation requests, resolve issues and follow up on partnership implementation.
• Visit clients' offices, hold one-on-one meetings and run on-site sales and marketing promotion.
• Gather information on the Pakistan tourism market, tourist demand and competitors, then share it with the domestic team to improve products and promotion plans.
• Support cross-border business coordination and information synchronization between China and Pakistan.

Required profile

• Native Pakistani speaker fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
• Familiar with Pakistan's tourism market, local travel agency operations and tourists' travel preferences.
• Relevant tourism or business coordination experience preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, able to drive business development independently, with strong cross-cultural awareness and teamwork.

Required skills

• Document drafting and verbal business negotiation.
• Basic copywriting and content editing for tourism promotional materials.
• Proficiency in basic office software.
