Trainee Engineer – Roads & Highways

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer to join our Roads and Highways project in Uthal, Balochistan. You will work alongside senior engineers, gaining practical experience in civil and highway engineering while supporting both site and office activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in monitoring and inspecting highway works, including pavements, embankments and bridges.
  • Support preparation of field reports and site documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors and sub‑contractors to resolve technical queries.
  • Help with material approvals and verification processes.
  • Participate in site meetings and provide updates to the engineering team.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
  • Strong willingness to learn and gain hands‑on experience in highway and infrastructure projects.
  • Good organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

  • Civil engineering fundamentals.
  • Understanding of highway construction methods.
