About the role
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer to join our Roads and Highways project in Uthal, Balochistan. You will support the engineering team with both site and office tasks, gaining practical experience in civil engineering while contributing to project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in monitoring and inspecting highway works, including pavements, embankments, and bridges.
- Support site documentation and prepare field reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and sub‑contractors to resolve technical queries.
- Assist in material approvals and verification processes.
- Participate in site meetings and provide updates to senior engineers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Strong willingness to learn and gain hands‑on experience in highway and infrastructure projects.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
