About the role
Jaffer Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Territory Sales Officer to join its Pesticides Sales team. This entry‑level position offers agriculture graduates with up to six months of experience the chance to gain valuable field experience in the agricultural sector.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Assist in market expansion and demand generation at the farmer level.
- Support field activities, including product demonstrations and farm visits.
- Help track product visibility and ensure shelf availability.
- Assist in market surveys and sales reporting.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and agricultural products.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for planning.
